This is a customized Fire Replicas Mack R-Model Delivery Truck built by Precision Scale Replicas and there was only one built in this color.  The base model used was a Fire Replicas Mack R-Model Tandem Axle Tractor, which there were only 84 made. The model is 1/50 scale and is a static model.
